Returns and order issues

Each Pop Toucan canvas is printed to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including a change in preferred artwork or size. Please check the artwork and 8 × 24-inch dimensions before ordering.

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email poptoucan@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Our production partner does not accept customer returns, and we will provide instructions if a return is needed. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
